The Benefits and Wellbeing Manager develops and manages benefits and wellbeing programs that support the organization's business objectives, drives engagement, discourages turnover and meets current legal requirements.

This role leads the benefits team in developing, implementing, communicating, and administering employee benefits and wellbeing programs, policies, and procedures.

What you'll do:

  • Program design, implementation and communication as well as respective vendor management to ensure excellent employee experience

  • Manage annual recurrent Benefit Projects locally in North America such as Benefit Annual enrollment projects, audit and reporting requirements, recommendations for program improvements, and compliance communication. Provide support for benefits program oversight for Ireland employees.

  • Manage the design, administration, delivery and support of employee benefits programs and related procedures to ensure successful adoption and compliance with all applicable laws

  • Develops impactful benefits-related HR Analytics, including ongoing reporting of dashboards and ad-hoc reports. SME to Finance for cost assessments and forecasting of Benefits program costs

  • Proactively collaborate with HR CoE Teams and Business Partners in program delivery and other projects as assigned. Maintain clear understanding of the integration with other HR and Finance workstreams (e.g. payroll, accounting, etc.) and the downstream impact of benefits-related decisions and process changes

  • Evaluate existing programs and processes; make recommendations for enhancements or improvements in support of strategic initiatives or as triggered by changes to available environments, regulation, technology or business needs.

  • Other related responsibilities, projects or initiatives as required.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related discipline.

  • Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) certification preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive benefits experience and comprehensive understanding of benefits and retirement practices, programs and plans.

  • Experience in administering wellbeing programs focused on employee health & mental wellbeing, as well as cost management for both team members and the company.

  • Expert knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to benefits, leaves of absence, and 401(k)/retirement administration.

  • Experience in presenting detailed benefits data to senior leadership in a compelling, concise manner.

  • Vendor Management and Program implementation experience.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interface skillfully and professionally with senior leadership, HR, team members and vendors managing sensitive situations.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information in a way that is easy to understand by others outside the function.

  • Demonstrated competence in one or more HR information systems, preferably ADP, Workday.

  • Strong problem solving skill set with a focus on continuous improvement and use of lean tools, scorecards and resources.

  • Places a high priority on coaching and developing others with proven ability/aptitude for building a cohesive and high-performing team.

  • Ability to effectively compose business correspondence, policies and procedures, detailed and executive reports, presentations, and analyses.

  • Understanding and application of legal regulations and requirements.

  • Adept in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets, and/or Excel and Microsoft applications; technically savvy and can learn new systems easily.

  • Ability to define problems, research and collect data, establish and evaluate facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to make administrative and procedural judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.

Travel Requirements: up to 10%

Salary Range: $75,000-$125,000
