The Engagement & Insights team within 365 Retail Markets is forging the path forward to aggregate the full lifecycle of data relevant to the unattended retail industry and provide back mission critical insights that are actionable and that help the entire of ecosystem of suppliers, brokers and operators all perform better and more efficiently.

As a Solutions Engineer with our Engagement & Insights team, you will work closely with our sales and product teams to drive customer acquisition and satisfaction. Your role will involve demonstrating our Engagement & Insights product capabilities, understanding customer needs, and developing tailored solutions that align with client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales team to identify customer requirements and align our products to their business needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to prospective clients, highlighting the technical features and benefits of our platform
  • Develop technical solutions and provide support in response to customer needs and requests.
  • Facilitate smooth transition from sales prospects to active clients by ensuring effective implementation and integration of our solutions.
  • Serve as the technical expert during sales cycles, offering insights and resolving any technical challenges that arise.
  • Keep abreast of product developments, industry trends, and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, data analytics, data science, or business intelligence, preferably within the SaaS or data analytics space.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics or business intelligence platforms and applications, PowerBI and SQL preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with an ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-attitude with a capability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
