As a full-cycle Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospects, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. You will be working with a dynamic team to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, and to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential customers. This position reports to the Manager of Sales – Dining.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation efforts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges
  • Conduct effective product demos and presentations to showcase the value of FullCount POS solutions, FullCount Menu & Nutrition systems, and other solutions as required
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • 4+ years of experience in the senior living, CCRC, and/or Independent Living industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Hybrid or Remote position; preference to candidates in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, or Texas
  • Travel: 15-25% of travel expected
