The Campaign Operations Associate provides support and execution for the end-to-end workflow across multiple media campaigns. This role will partner closely with their Sales and Account Management team to secure campaign details and facilitate the campaign workflow. You will be responsible for building timelines, reviewing creative assets, campaign set-up, QA, & pulling reports. You will have an understanding of KPM products and processes. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and have a high standard for quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the the end-to-end execution of Kroger Precision Marketing Media campaigns for both onsite and offsite channels
  • Review media plans/intake and translating to campaign set-up and workflow facilitation.
  • Collect and review creative assets against guidelines and creative ad specs, updating and approving creative.
  • Provides quality assurance to ensure campaigns properly enabled and set-up for success.
  • Interface with cross-departmental campaign stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign setup.
  • Reviews and shares updates related to campaign pacing and timeline details with account management and media execution teams.
  • Pulls reporting details and supports curation of final reporting deliverables.
  • Actively develops knowledge of KPM media products and how they are sold and fulfilled.
  • Embraces and encourages a culture based on team-work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to work independently to ensure success of a high volume of campaigns, while also displaying an agility to successfully work within a team.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors' degree B.A. / B.S or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience managing execution of targeted marketing communication and/or related projects
  • Knowledge of the suite of Kroger Precision Marketing inventory and differentiation in the marketplace
  • Desire to learn onsite and offsite ad tech
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills
  • Analytical acumen to make decisions
  • Technical acumen to leverage key tools in a timely and accurate manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.
