On a typical day, you might:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive CRO roadmap, prioritizing high-impact A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization strategies to significantly increase conversion rates across ActiveCampaign.com.
- Act as a strategic partner to marketing, sales, and product teams, architecting a seamless digital buyer journey that guides prospects from initial awareness through to trial conversion and purchase.
- Champion a data-driven culture of experimentation, establishing scalable CRO frameworks and methodologies to foster continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Translate complex data from analytics and testing platforms into compelling, actionable insights, presenting your findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership to drive key business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the digital experience and product teams to ensure a seamless transition from the website to the trial experience, meticulously identifying and removing friction points to maximize user activation.
- Drive the overall digital strategy by providing expert CRO guidance on new feature launches and website updates, ensuring performance and stability are consistently optimized for conversion.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization, with a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
- Expert-level proficiency with enterprise CRO and analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Google Analytics), using them to design and execute sophisticated testing and personalization strategies.
- A proven ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable business recommendations and strategic initiatives that drive growth.
- Strong statistical knowledge and a deep understanding of experimental design and analysis to ensure the validity and reliability of test results.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the talent to distill complex information into compelling narratives that influence stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing a comprehensive CRO roadmap and prioritizing multiple optimization initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
