We're seeking a sharp, data-driven Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be the analytical backbone that transforms complex marketing data into actionable insights, driving strategic decisions that fuel our continued growth. You'll work cross-functionally to measure, optimize, and scale our marketing efforts across all channels while embodying The AC Way—our foundational values and factors of success.

What your day to day could consist of:

  • Strategic Analysis & Insights
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of marketing performance across all channels including email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns
  • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that track key marketing KPIs including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and ROI
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in customer behavior and market conditions to inform strategic marketing decisions
  • Partner with Marketing Leadership to develop data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation
  • Campaign Performance & Optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance from initial touchpoint through customer conversion and retention
  • Monitor and report on marketing attribution across multiple touchpoints and customer journey stages
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to optimize lead scoring, nurturing sequences, and conversion funnels
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand the full customer lifecycle and marketing's impact on revenue
  • Support go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature releases
  • Provide analytical support for pricing strategy, market segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Data Infrastructure & Innovation
  • Maintain data integrity across marketing technology stack including ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools
  • Develop predictive models to forecast campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends
  • Stay current with marketing analytics trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our analytical capabilities
  • Mentor junior team members on analytical methodologies and data interpretation

What is needed:

  • Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical role
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or marketing technology companies strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights
  • Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Expert-level skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of marketing attribution platforms and methodologies
  • Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (ActiveCampaign experience a plus!)
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or other statistical programming languages preferred
