Role Summary

AdAdapted is hiring an Account Executive to join our expanding Growth Sales team. As an Account Executive, you possess deep knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and how to work with & sell to CPG Brands and Digital Media Agencies. You bring with you extensive agency knowledge, connections, both key decision makers & Sr Exec's, who work within the CPG vertical.  You also can demonstrate a proven track record of selling programmatic / managed service products/services.

The candidate will have ownership of a set of priority accounts which have been hand-selected by our Leadership team to further evangelize AdAdapted’s leadership position for Shopping List Marketing.  You will be a part of an energetic, collaborative & inclusive group of sales professionals where integrity, grit and collaboration fuel our success.  We encourage creative thinking and constantly share best practices to help us accelerate together.

You will own

  • Securing and conducting virtual or on-site client presentations with digital / shopper agencies as well as brand and agency eComm/Commerce Teams to build awareness and adoption of our unique mobile, in-app ad / insights Shopping List Marketing platform
  • Leverage business development and sales skills with ongoing relationship management
  • Identify and prioritize effort against key decision makers across large holding companies, as well as their internal business partners and agencies. with multiple levels within the agencies advertiser executives to drive deal growth
  • Meeting / Exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Maintaining current and accurate information updates in our CRM system
  • Providing field level input to the Marketing & Product Marketing teams

Must Have Requirements

  • 2-3 years proven experience selling digital media campaigns including CPG experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota within media, ad-tech, & martech
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing
  • A viable, current network of digital media Agencies & Contacts
  • Proven experience managing a sales and/or business development team preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, sales or marketing
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
