What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a Systems Analyst to join our Pricing Solutions Pod, part of our growing Connected Planning team. In this role, you will be a key partner in building and launching Amway's new Pricing Solution. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring our new tools seamlessly integrate with our broader technology strategy while we retire legacy applications.

You'll play a pivotal role in this transformation, collaborating closely with our business partners in Finance and our technical teams. Your work will involve translating complex business needs into clear functional designs and user experiences. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to document and translate business requirements, your contributions to successful testing cycles, and your ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across teams.

Day to Day:

  • Partner with business teams, like Finance, to understand and document their processes and technology needs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional designs and technical deliverables for the development team.
  • Create process flow diagrams to map out system and business process interactions.
  • Perform and support testing to ensure new solutions are effective, reliable, and ready for our end users.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and vendor partners to support the build and deployment of our new pricing solution.
  • Contribute to the strategic sunsetting of legacy applications as new solutions are implemented.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with systems analysis, business analysis, or process mapping
  • Familiar with technology terms and concepts, and how software supports business operations
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance or other similar fields

Skills to be successful in the role, include developing grasp of:

  • Ability to partner with customers to define, map and document business processes and business technology needs
  • Working knowledge of customer business processes, practices, and procedures
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good data modeling skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to define and develop business case for technology innovations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of JDE, AWS or GCP helpful but not required
