Job Title: Associate Financial Analyst II

Salary Range: $74,600 - $80,000 a year plus bonus

Location: Ada, MI

*Note: This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be available to report in-person to Ada from Monday-Thursday as part of our collaboration days*

What We’re looking for:

As an Associate Financial Analyst II on the Finance – Pricing team, you will provide critical support for product transfer pricing, measurement credit management, and product portfolio analysis. In this role, you will build foundational financial and analytical skills while helping to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency within our global pricing ecosystem.

This position is ideal for someone early in their finance career who is eager to learn complex global processes, develop strong analytical capabilities, and grow into increasingly advanced responsibilities over time. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Affiliate Markets, Tax, Global Trade, and Standard Costing—while contributing to the operational reliability of our pricing and margin data.

Required qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or data analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with financial data.

Skills to be Successful in this Role:

• Familiarity with Amway Pricing, Transfer Price, and Measurement Credit.
• Experience with Oracle JD Edwards, Oracle EBS, and Alteryx.
• Solid analytical fundamentals with the ability to learn and apply financial concepts
• Curiosity and a willingness to dive into data, systems, and processes
• Ability to follow structured processes while also identifying opportunities for improvements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross functional teams
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and eagerness to grow professionally
• Comfort asking questions, seeking clarity, and working within a fast-paced global environment

What’s special about this team:

The Finance – Pricing team plays a vital role in enabling the smooth operation of Amway’s global business. We are responsible for setting intercompany transfer prices to facilitate product shipments across Amway entities and assigning product measurement credits to determine consolidated product margins. Our team collaborates closely with Affiliate Markets, Tax, Global Trade, and Standard Costing teams to execute the enterprise transfer pricing strategy while ensuring data accuracy in our transfer price system.
