Based out of HQ - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA (Hybrid role, 3 days a week in office)
About the Role
The Cloud Services Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise applications, with a focus on Microsoft (M365), Atlassian (Confluence and Jira), SharePoint and Mimecast. This role requires extensive experience in migrating environments and supporting CMMC Level 2 compliance and ensuring ongoing adherence to these standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise application administration, particularly in the specified platforms, and a deep understanding of CMMC Level 2 compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Microsoft (M365): Administer and support the M365 suite, including SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange. Ensure configurations and policies align with organizational needs and compliance requirements.
- Atlassian (Confluence and Jira): Manage and optimize Confluence and Jira environments, including user management, workflow configuration, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- SharePoint: Design, implement, and administer SharePoint sites and policies. Ensure seamless integration with other M365 applications and maintain high availability and performance.
- Mimecast: Administer Mimecast email security and archiving solutions. Ensure robust protection against email threats and compliance with data retention policies.
- CMMC Level 2 Compliance: Lead efforts to migrate and maintain environments in compliance with CMMC Level 2 standards. Implement necessary controls and processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Security and Compliance: Work closely with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities and enhance the organization's security posture. Ensure all applications meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations, policies, and procedures. Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams.
Who You Are
- Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of M365, Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira), SharePoint and Mimecast.
- Compliance Knowledge: Extensive experience with CMMC Level 2 compliance, including understanding of required controls and processes.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, cybersecurity, and business units.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application administration, with a focus on M365, Atlassian products, SharePoint, Mimecast, and Microsoft Teams.
- Proven experience in migrating environments to CMMC Level 2 compliance.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements for enterprise applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Government Community Cloud.
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts and best practices.
- Experience with API integrations and workflow automation.
