Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Aurora Endpoint Security Engineer 2 (m/f/d) to be a part of making this happen.
About the Role
As an Endpoint Security Engineer 2, you will:
Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of Aurora Protect and Aurora Focus solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor for customers, guiding them through deployments and serving as a technical escalation point.
Configure and tune security rules to support effective threat detection.
Monitor system dashboards and escalate irregularities to senior team members.
Contribute to scripting and automation using Python or PowerShell.
Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, such as setup guides and FAQs.
Share client feedback with project leads and participate in continuous learning sessions.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience (advanced degree preferred).
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles (e.g., Security Engineer, Consultant, SOC Analyst, or Endpoint Security Administrator).
Basic knowledge of endpoint security tools and threat detection concepts.
Exposure to scripting (Python, PowerShell) and willingness to grow these skills.
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and terminology.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Business-level proficiency in English and German (required).
Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
