Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Lead PMO Business Intelligence Analyst to be part of making this happen.

The Lead Program Management Operations & Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for scaling the PMO & Product team operationally through process development, KPI/OKR frameworks, financial analyst insights, AI-enabled automation, and advanced analytics. This role combines operational excellence with data-driven and AI-powered insights to enable smarter decision-making, predictive reporting, and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will leverage tools such as Jira, Power BI, Salesforce, and AI platforms to automate workflows, generate executive insights, and enhance business performance visibility.

LOCATION: Remote-United States, Remote-Canada, Hybrid-Eden Prairie-MN-US, Hybrid-Waterloo-ON-CA

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable PMO processes and frameworks.

  • Define, track, and present KPIs and OKRs across programs and business initiatives.

  • Automate reporting and dashboards using AI/ML and analytics tools to reduce manual effort and improve transparency.

  • Leverage AI-driven insights for predictive forecasting (e.g., adoption, feature performance, revenue impact).

  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to provide adoption and performance updates with enhanced analytics.

  • Analyze Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities and win rates, highlighting revenue and ARR contributions from new features, incorporating AI-based recommendations for pipeline health and growth.

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for executive reporting and program tracking.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment through data-driven storytelling and AI-assisted report visualization.

  • Act as a mentor and guide for PMO team members adopting new tools and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in program management operations, analytics, or business analysis

  • Proficiency with Power BI (or similar), Excel, Salesforce (SFDC), Aha!, Jira, Confluence, and AI-enabled analytics tools

  • Proven experience developing processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks with automation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)

  • Experience in SaaS or technology product organizations

  • Hands-on experience with OKR tracking tools (e.g., WorkBoard, Ally, Oboard)

  • Familiarity with program management frameworks (Agile, Water-Scrum-Fall, SAFe)

  • Experience with AI automation platforms (e.g., Jira Scriptrunner, Python scripting or generative AI tools)

  • Package insights in a way that wows executives and makes complex information instantly clear

    • Data Storytelling & Executive Communication

      • Ability to distill large amounts of project/portfolio data into a clear, concise narrative that aligns with strategic goals.

      • Knows how to emphasize the so what (implications, impact, and recommended actions), not just the numbers.

      • Can speak the language of executives – less jargon, more value-driven messaging.

    • Visualization & Design Sense

      • Strong command of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) and presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.) to build dashboard and slides that feel polished, modern, and easy to grasp.

      • Understands design principles (color theory, layout balance, whitespace, hierarchy) to make information visually appealing without clutter.

      • Ability to brand presentations in a style that resonates with marketing-level polish (infographics, icons, charts, minimal text).

    • Insight Prioritization & Simplification

      • Knows how to cut through noise and spotlight only the 3-5 insights that matter most.

      • Can craft a presentation flow that builds a story arc (problem -> insights -> impact -> decision), much like a pitch deck.

      • Skilled in using comparison visuals (before/after, trends, benchmarks) to make insights memorable.
