We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX UI Designer to join our team. This role combines expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design with a strong foundation in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.

UX/UI Design:

• Lead the redesign of a project focusing on user-centric design solutions that enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
• Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop wireframes and prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are feasible and aligned with project goals.

Graphic Design:

• Design high-quality graphics that communicate complex health information in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Create visual elements for various platforms including web, mobile, and print media.

Video Editing and Motion Graphics:

• Produce and edit video content for educational purposes, marketing, or user engagement on the HIP.
• Develop motion graphics that explain health-related processes, procedures, or data visualization for better user comprehension.

Multimedia:

• Leverage rich multimedia skills to integrate audio, video, animations, and interactive elements into the design.
• Ensure all multimedia content adheres to brand standards and enhances the overall user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with specific work on health-related or similar data-sensitive projects.

Skills:

• Expert level proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, including information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Excellent video editing and motion graphic skills, with a portfolio that includes dynamic visual content.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus for prototyping and understanding front-end development limitations.

Additional Information:

• This position requires office presence in Atlanta a few days per week to facilitate collaboration and direct project oversight.
• Strong communication skills are essential as you'll often need to explain complex design decisions to non-design team members.
