Senior Director of Accounting Sales
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Sales to join our team. This leadership role will drive our sales initiatives to new heights by overseeing all aspects of sales operations and strategy, particularly within the accounting sector for onshore and offshore within Accounting Solutions services.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive risks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Reporting: Produce detailed sales forecasts and reports, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the accounting industry.
- Accounting sales experience is a must, prefer CPA certification.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, up to $3+ million in revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel based on business and client needs (~10-25%), includes overnight travel.
