Director/Senior Director of Business Development – Digital Solutions & IT Talent

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Craft and execute bold business development strategies to penetrate new markets and deepen our presence in existing accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Forge and nurture trust-based partnerships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, becoming a strategic ally in their digital transformation journeys.
  • Solution Architecture: Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored Digital Solutions and IT Talent strategies that address client-specific challenges and objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align proactive proposals and business development efforts with organizational goals and capabilities.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Experienced: You bring years of B2B sales experience, particularly within the technology solution and staffing sectors, with a proven ability to close multi-million-dollar deals.
