This role is a hybrid position (3 days in office in Mason, OH and 2 days remote).

 

What You Can Expect to do Day to Day 

 

  • Conduct and oversee training content development for new hire training
  • Develop team training materials including but not limited to: labs, e-learning, testing materials, Quick Start Guides, supporting documentation
  • Creating and editing SOPs
  • Cross functional liaison and project manager
  • If needed, assist in managing demo inventory for field reps including maintaining inventory levels, obtaining necessary approvals, and submitting required paperwork
  • Lead all projects as designated by Director or Manager of Sales Support.  These could include but not limited to new product launches, UPEs, obsoletes and discontinuances.
  • Reports as they pertain to projects.  Some may be short term, others may be ongoing
  • Develop, follow and demonstrate a process that provides the full life cycle of a project
  • Be able to identify gaps to a project that could hinder or delay its completion
  • Have experience in working with departmental partners effectively, internal and external
  • Database management in Sharepoint, uploading meeting notes and updates for the team
  • Identify areas of opportunity for process improvements within Sales Support

 

What You Bring 

 

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of prior customer service, accounting, data management, project or related experience
  • High motivation to initiate, lead and communicate project status, inquiries and shows strong ability to lead projects
  • High level of accuracy with documentation procedures
  • Ability to multi-task priorities, communicate effectively and remain organized
  • Advanced knowledge of PC based computers and Microsoft Office
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP system
  • Effective utilization of sales’ concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
  • Proven team leadership capabilities
  • Problem solving – able to discern the proper course of action and follow through to completion
  • Professional interactions with customers and employees
  • Ability to learn new skills, and acquire information
  • Proven track record of account ownership via problem solving, accurate documentation management, excellent customer service, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple tasks with continually changing priorities
  • Project Management experience in Sales Support and/or Customer Service environments
  • Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Knowledge of content development for training and uploading to a LMS, not required but preferred.

 

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed
  • Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
