The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager plays a key role in advancing BAMF Health’s growth through cross-functional planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact initiatives. This role combines business analysis, project management, and strategic operations support to help launch new sites, stand up partnerships, and drive organizational progress.
Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Project Execution
Own end-to-end execution of key strategic and operational projects—ensuring milestones are met, risks are addressed, and stakeholders are aligned.

Business Analysis
Conduct research, gather market and operational insights, and support data-informed decisions for new business opportunities and site expansion.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with clinical, operations, strategy, and finance teams to drive forward complex initiatives and maintain alignment.

Partnership Support
Assist in onboarding and operationalizing external partnerships - creating project plans, managing documentation, and coordinating deliverables.

Process Improvement
Identify and recommend improvements to workflows and processes that enhance execution, reduce friction, and increase clarity.

Tracking + Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and project trackers that communicate progress and surface bottlenecks or dependencies.

Meeting Management
Schedule, facilitate, and document strategic working sessions, ensuring clear next steps and follow-through.

Documentation
Create high-quality, organized internal documentation for repeatable processes, timelines, and partner-facing deliverables.

Initiative Intake + Prioritization
Help assess and triage new ideas or opportunities in collaboration with the executive team, offering structure and recommendations.

Execution Support
Serve as a utility player and point-of-contact to drive special projects, ensuring the leadership team have the structure and support to move swiftly.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or strategic operations required
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Notion, Smartsheet, Monday, etc.) required
Experience driving cross-functional projects to completion required
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or MHA preferred
5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or strategic operations preferred
Experience working in high-growth, fast-moving environments required; healthcare or tech preferred
Schedule Details:
Employment Status: Full time (1.0 FTE)
Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40
Hours of work: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Days worked: Monday to Friday
Hybrid work option (3 in-office, 2 remote) and limited travel
