We’re looking for a sharp, forward-thinking Contributing Fractional Real Estate Investing Editor to lead and grow our editorial coverage of property investing through fractional models—covering everything from REIT alternatives and tokenized assets to co-ownership platforms and real estate syndications. You'll shape a high-potential vertical aimed at educating and informing a diverse audience of investors, from first-timers exploring real estate crowdfunding to experienced LPs evaluating new opportunities in the space.

This role blends editorial acumen with deep domain knowledge in real estate investing and alternative assets. You should be passionate about making opaque or emerging models easy to understand, while helping our readers evaluate the risks, rewards, and innovations shaping the future of property investment.

Key Responsibilities

● Define and lead the editorial strategy for fractional real estate investing content, including long-form articles, newsletters, platform reviews, explainers, and investor interviews.

● Write, assign, and edit engaging content on topics such as rental-backed shares, real estate tokenization, crowdfunding platforms, tax advantages, sponsor due diligence, and yield optimization.

● Collaborate with contributors, analysts, and operators to position the vertical as a trusted and insightful voice in the space.

● Commission timely news analysis and evergreen educational content that simplifies complex real estate investing concepts for a wide audience.

● Ensure factual accuracy, legal compliance (especially regarding SEC regulations), and strong editorial standards in every piece of content.

● Monitor content performance metrics and optimize for SEO, engagement, and downstream conversions (if part of a monetization funnel).

Qualifications

● 4–7+ years of editorial experience, ideally in business, real estate, or financial publishing.

● Strong understanding of real estate investing, particularly fractional ownership models, crowdfunding regulations (e.g., Reg A+, Reg D, Reg CF), and real estate financial metrics.

● Proven ability to edit for clarity, tone, and accuracy—and to guide contributors with a confident editorial voice. Familiarity with compliance, financial disclaimers, and publishing best practices in the investment space.

● Strong project management and multitasking skills.
