As an Senior Enablement Manager, CX at Branch, you will drive the evolution of our CX enablement programs to support a global, customer-first organization. You’ll focus on upscaling our Account Management and Technical Services teams — while also partnering with key stakeholders across Professional Services, Product, and CX Ops to deliver scalable training, process adoption, and performance measurement.
As a Senior Enablement Manager, CX, you’ll get to:
- Own and evolve CX enablement programs across onboarding, upskilling, and process rollout.
- Align enablement efforts with business goals by partnering with CX leadership.
- Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions that drive real-world skills application.
- Standardize enablement resources for global reuse and consistency.
- Lead reporting to measure enablement effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Product and Ops on rollout readiness, tooling, and process feedback loops.
- Manage and improve enablement platforms including WorkRamp, Highspot, and Gong.
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in a CX role (e.g., CSM, Support, Technical AM), plus 5–7 years of enablement experience supporting customer-facing teams.
- Experience running or contributing to impactful enablement or training programs.
- Strong program management skills — you can prioritize and deliver across multiple initiatives.
- Comfortable facilitating training and leading cross-functional discussions.
- Familiarity with enablement tools like WorkRamp, Highspot, or equivalent.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Austin, TX, is $140,000 - $160,000. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Austin, TX only. Compensation for candidates outside of Austin, TX will be based on the candidate’s specific work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.
This role will be based at our Austin, TX office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines.
The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
