Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a regional sales team, including setting clear targets and performance goals for four Field Sales Representatives.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to meet or exceed sales volume objectives.
- Ensure an efficient end‑to‑end sales process—from lead generation and funnel management to demos, closing, and instrument placement—leveraging Product Specialists, Applications, and Service resources appropriately.
- Support and coach field representatives in managing their territories, identifying and closing opportunities, prioritizing key accounts, and communicating market insights to Marketing, Sales, Service, Applications, and Logistics.
- Conduct regular joint field travel with representatives to assess progress, provide guidance, and strengthen customer engagement.
- Organize regional sales meetings, recurring team calls, and territory‑specific events (e.g., sales roadshows with Marketing support).
- Maintain ongoing communication with senior management, including detailed monthly activity reports, accurate sales forecasts (current quarter, 3–6‑month outlook, and rolling 1‑year unit forecast), NOB metrics, competitive intelligence, and won/lost analysis.
- Manage regional resource needs, including Product Specialist support and demo instrument allocation.
- Drive local‑level sales strategies to expand customer awareness, maximize sales opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction to support referrals.
Qualifications
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse internal and external audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate in a cross‑functional, team‑oriented environment.
- Excellent presentation, planning, and organizational abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving commercial environment.
- Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively toward shared business goals.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required to support regional team needs, customer engagements, and business objectives.
- Valid driver’s license required.
At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between 109,500.00 and 175,000.00 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
