Responsibilities for a Senior Implementation Manager may change based on client and project needs. The Senior Implementations Managers roles may include, but are not limited to, the below.

EDI Support
1. Manage EDI tickets and tasks, reviewing and troubleshooting issues, responding to clients and forwarding to EDI as needed.
2. Manage file implementation, conducting kick-off meetings, working with EDI and the client to ensure files are properly tested and implemented.
3. Ensure the overall success of tickets and projects through ticket monitoring, assessing risk, communicating status internally and externally, delegating appropriately and ensuring that internal timelines are met.
4. Continuously refine and improve efficiency of the EDI ticket review process and proactively identify and mitigate risks
5. Have a strong understanding of Vendor Interface files (Feedbuilder, Paybuilder), SSOs, standard payroll reports, XMLs
6. Partner with EDI for continuous improvement, new release features, training, documentation related to channel partner clients
7. Oversee all tickets in ensuring quotes are provided, approved, and we are properly marking tickets as billable as applicable
8. Work with the Implementation Manager and Analyst to test new and existing system functionality to ensure accuracy of client system configuration
9. Facilitate custom development work, leading testing and communicating with stakeholders to ensure functionality works as expected
10. Help triage client issues and proactively consult clients on best practices through reviewing and responding to tickets in Tier 1 queue.
11. Act as a coach and mentor for Implementation Manager and Analyst

Integration Partners
1. integration partnership as needed. Responsibilities differ amongst integration partners, but may include leading ongoing calls, managing new functionality implementation, troubleshooting client questions, assisting on implementations, managing escalations, and creating and updating documentation.

Implementation/ NRR
1. Create project plan and manage Implementation kick-off meetings, requirements discussions and status meetings with clients
2. Own the completion of any site build, facilitating completion of and delegating responsibilities for Benefits Class Matrix, Requirements Template, Rates, Permissions, Field Options, Site Text, Import files of Demographic and Benefit Data, Export of vendor files, and other items as needed.

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $70,000-90,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 15%. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
