Responsibilities:

The primary objective of the Sr Associate – Specialty Services position is to contribute to a team and inspire a team of people that produce “raves” through their ongoing service and support for a broad range of clients across multiple specialized functional areas.

Specialty Services includes: Verification services (dependents, life events, state waivers) Evidence of Insurability, QMCSO, COBRA, Billing. The Sr. Associate will have accountability for an area within this scope. This position is for: COBRA and Billing COE

This role is remote and can be filled anywhere in the U.S. However, no matter the candidate’s geography, bswift operates with Central time zone expectations for availability and expects the same of all teammates.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

Manage deliverables independently and contribute to the health of overall book of clients by delivering outstanding service

Serve as a SME/Coach to Analysts I & II

Identify and offer suggestions to improve operations practices

Build a relationship with internal customers via ongoing governance and personal discussions with full portfolio of clients and peers

Communicate risks and status of deliverables proactively

Maintain procedural documentation

Back up Analysts during absences

Manage escalations to completion

Execute more advanced tasks/audits

Sample work for QA review

Participate in implementation projects as needed

Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Other Requirements:

2+ years of client relationship and operation experience

Ability to assist and equip others to efficiently solve complex problems

Strong customer service orientation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Adaptability to a rapidly changing priority list

Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary

B.A. or B.S. required, or equivalent relevant work experience

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000-70,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
