Company Description

The Demand Generation Specialist will play a critical role in fueling pipeline growth for Campfire Interactive by executing and optimizing field and digital acquisition campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. This junior-level marketer will focus on tactical execution in platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing systems, while also contributing to reporting and continuous optimization. Additionally, deliver and support content creation aspects to support email, blog publishing, etc. The role is designed for someone eager to grow into a demand generation leader by mastering the fundamentals of digital acquisition and campaign management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan, build, and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (ABM, LinkedIn, Google Search, email, retargeting, etc.).
  • Develop campaign briefs, assets, and timelines in collaboration with content and design.
  • Manage day-to-day optimization of campaigns to maximize CTR, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate A/B tests on messaging, creative, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.

Paid Media Management

  • Manage LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns (sponsored content, conversation ads, retargeting).
  • Run Google Search & Display campaigns including keyword research, ad copy, and bid management.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver pipeline goals.

Content Creation

  • Support and contribute to content creation to support email campaign execution, and blog publishing, etc.

Email Marketing & Nurture

  • Build and deploy targeted email campaigns via HubSpot and Apollo.
    • HubSpot experience a must.
  • Manage database segmentation and audience lists for acquisition and nurture programs.
  • Collaborate on lead nurture workflows to support MQL-to-SQL progression.

Event Marketing

  • Manage all event related aspects – research, planning, execution, reporting.
  • To include, field events, webinars, podcasts, etc.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, MQLs, pipeline contribution).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI across acquisition channels.
  • Maintain dashboards and ensure marketing data integrity across HubSpot.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Stay current on acquisition marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Develop skills to eventually own campaign strategy, budget allocation, and multi-channel orchestration.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3-years experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
    • Email marketing automation (HubSpot and Apollo)
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency and familiarity with dashboards (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communicator with ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

Success Metrics

  • Increased MQL volume and quality through paid channels.
  • Improved ROI on acquisition campaigns (CPL, pipeline influenced).
  • Consistent execution of campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated growth in ownership, moving from tactical execution to strategic contribution within 12–18 months.

Additional Information

Currently, Campfire is working remotely with the exception of bi-weekly in office time.
