Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Solution & Cloud Architect with expertise in Azure and AWS, along with a strong grasp of supporting technologies, DevOps practices, and modern application architectures. The ideal candidate will drive cloud adoption, solution design, and architecture best practices while collaborating across teams to implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.

In addition to delivery responsibilities, some additional potential activities may include leading strategic client engagements, facilitating “Art of the Possible” workshops, and acting as a trusted advisor painting the big picture, mapping client pain points to our services portfolio, and driving transformational outcomes for our clients. This position will work across domains such as Cloud, Application Modernization, Data Architecture, Security, and Gen AI-powered solutions, helping customers realize real business value through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Cloud Expertise: Develop solutions leveraging best practices across Azure and AWS, including hybrid cloud and interoperability strategies.

• Cloud Architecture & Strategy: Design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions across Azure and AWS, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead end-to-end architecture for cloud-native applications, data platforms, and infrastructure modernization.

• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

• Performance Optimization: Design for high availability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across cloud environments.

• Automation & DevOps: Enable IaC (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, and automation for cloud workloads.

• Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of industry trends, such as containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), serverless computing, and AI/ML in cloud.

• Technical Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor for engineering, security, and operations teams regarding cloud adoption and migration strategies.

• Lead “Art of the Possible” sessions to uncover client pain points, align on strategic objectives, and envision innovative solutions that tie directly to business outcomes.

• Translate client needs into holistic architectural solutions, leveraging our full services portfolio across Cloud, Data & AI, Security, and App Modernization. Define actionable workstreams and roadmaps that create long-term value.

• Maintain a strong awareness of commercial opportunities within accounts. Identify and influence revenue-generating workstreams by recognizing where our services can further support the client’s journey.

• Cultivate strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders, including C-suite. Serve as a strategic advisor across cloud, data, and AI-centric initiatives.

• Stay current on emerging cloud technologies and best practices cloud AI space to be able to confidently position cloud specific Gen AI-powered solutions, data-driven architectures, and intelligent automation as tools to unlock business potential.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Azure (Azure Virtual Network, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, Synapse, etc.) and AWS (VPC, Lambda, ECS, RDS, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation.

• Experience with cloud security frameworks, identity management (IAM, Azure AD, AWS IAM), and zero-trust architectures.

• Containerization & orchestration experience (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker).

• Expertise in cloud networking, storage, databases, and API architectures.

• Strong familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline).

• Experience in designing hybrid cloud and multi-cloud solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, or relevant industry certifications.

• Experience with edge computing, AI/ML pipelines, or FinOps strategies.

• Familiarity with cloud workload migration best practices.

• Experience with FinOps
