Job Purpose
This position is responsible for a wide variety of organizational support activities and projects at CBTS. The individual will work closely with highly confidential information, including unannounced business plans and personnel matters.
Essential Functions
- Lead organizational projects and initiatives.
- Champion the creation of organizational materials, documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Plan and execute organizational structure-related activities.
- Lead internal organizational communications.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and records.
- Organize information into presentable formats for leadership.
- Coordinate and lead executive events.
- Manage executive schedules and strategic planning activities.
- Act as a liaison between team members and executives to foster a cohesive work environment.
- Prepare and file documents such as payroll approvals, bill payments, expenses, and travel itineraries.
- Maintain confidentiality on all sensitive matters (e.g., payroll, promotions, reviews, sales compensation, customer information, etc.).
- Prioritize tasks and manage correspondence.
- Provide information and respond to inquiries on a variety of departmental topics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, peers, and Vice Presidents.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment management, MAC and PACCE coordination.
- Serve as real estate liaison, managing real estate functions for the organization.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses
- PMP certification recommended.
Relevant Work Experience
- 5 to 7 years in a related field.
