Location: United States Kentucky (Remote)
Department: Government Commercial
Reports To: Director Government Partnerships, KY
Travel: Up to 5%

Your Impact
CHAMPtitles is looking for a Project Coordinator to play an integral role in managing the growing number of projects and demands in our government sector. The Project Coordinator will drive standardized project management methodologies, governance, methods, and tools in managing key business initiatives. The Project Coordinator will evaluate project feasibility, establish priorities, oversee project delivery, monitor progress, transparently communicate project status and evaluate resource utilization.

What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Manages projects through the various lifecycle stages from business need through design and delivery
- Supports project-chartering process and setup
- Plans, schedules and tracks projects
- Manages project priorities, scope, timelines and expectations
- Coordinates intradepartmental projects and resources
- Manages multiple, parallel projects using formal IT project management methodologies
- Maintains IT project controls that accurately reflect completed work against project plans, schedules and budgets, and ensure user/management involvement at appropriate milestones
- Continually identifies, prioritizes and mitigates project risks
- Manages the team, driving motivation, collaboration and performance
- Tracks short-term project metrics (for example, schedule variances and customer satisfaction).
- Provides management with regular communication on the progress of projects and other initiatives
- Provides oversight and control of any external resources contracted to the project
- Promotes effective teamwork and manages the resolution of interpersonal issues
What You Bring
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience as a Motor Vehicle Title Clerk or in a similar role
- Ideally, 1-2 years’ experience as a project coordinator
- Strong leadership, teaching and mentoring skills
- Identify project requirements to the necessary level for planning and scheduling purposes
- Estimate the project's effort from functional requirements
- Implement project change process
- Sufficient communication and organization skills
- Ability to make a project risk assessment, monitoring and mitigation planning
- Results-oriented
- Demonstrated success establishing, managing and maintaining effective working relationships at the management level, both internal and external to the organization
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Strong MS Office product skills: Excel, Word , Microsoft Project and PowerPoint is preferred

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate, and final compensation may vary based on experience and skills.
