As the RVP of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of sellers responsible for net new acquisition, as well as growth of current customers, within Enterprise Accounts (1,000+ employees). You, and your team, will partner with the Sales Development, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive revenue growth.
Equally important to the success of this role is your ability to identify remarkable talent, motivate and inspire the team, build a collaborative and inclusive team culture, and ultimately coach the team to achieve and even exceed their sales targets.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States. Central or Mountain Time Zone is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead an established Enterprise Account Executive sales team
  • Develop the hiring strategy to attract and retain remarkable talent
  • Create a culture of Sales Excellence; drive consistent implementation and adoption of sales processes and demand generation activities to create, convert, and close pipeline
  • Effectively manage regional forecast and revenue cadences
  • Create and deliver a strong value narrative, helping customers unlock the power of Clari’s Revenue Platform through solutions selling
  • Demo Clari for sales leaders & execs – CRO, CFO, VP Sales Ops/Enablement
  • Maintain Executive Buyer (EB) relationship while multi-threading into other key executives across the C-Suite
  • Drive strong internal collaboration with Recruiters, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience building high-performing teams that consistently meet, ideally overachieve, quota year over year.
  • 7+ years of Enterprise selling experience, ideally within a dynamic, high-growth SaaS company.
  • Strong track record for identifying, closing, and expanding new business opportunities.
  • In-depth understanding of subscription business models, including SaaS and PaaS, with a strong ability to articulate and sell complex solutions
  • Proven collaboration collaboration skills with a history of successful partnerships with marketing, product, and customer success leaders to drive revenue.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, focusing on motivating, leading, and driving excellence across the team.

    Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.
    The salary for this position is $200,000 and the target incentive is $200,000. The total direct compensation package for this position may also include stock options, benefits, stipends, perks and/or and/or other applicable incentives.
