About the Role
We’re hiring an Office Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our physical workplace in Irvine, CA and ensure it runs seamlessly. This person is accountable for making the office efficient, organized, and high-functioning so the team can focus on building and selling our product.
This is not just an administrative role. You’ll manage vendors, facilities, budgets, and internal processes while shaping the in-office experience. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with minimal oversight in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Own
Office Operations & Facilities
Own daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional workspace
Manage office supplies, equipment, inventory, and purchasing workflows
Oversee vendor relationships (cleaning, maintenance, security, catering, etc.) and building management
Ensure facilities issues are resolved quickly and proactively
Maintain security access, safety standards, and compliance with building requirements
Team Experience & Culture
Coordinate team meetings, company events, and off-sites end-to-end
Manage visitor experience, deliveries, and in-office logistics
Partner with People/HR to support onboarding logistics (workstations, badges, welcome materials) and other employee experience tasks
Identify and implement improvements that enhance the in-office employee experience
Administrative & Financial Support
Support leadership with scheduling, coordination, and special projects
Manage office-related budgets, expense tracking, and approvals
Establish and improve internal processes related to office operations
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move office supplies, equipment, or furniture as needed
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years in office management, operations, or administrative roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple workflows at once
Clear, professional communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
Self-starter who identifies issues and resolves them without being asked
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a startup or high-growth company
Event planning experience (offsites, team events, vendor coordination)
Experience managing office budgets and vendor contracts
Familiarity with workplace systems such as Notion, HRIS platforms, or similar tools
Experience supporting office expansions or build-outs

Compensation Range: $85K - $95K
