Reports To: Sr Manager, Global People Experience

Summary: The Employee Experience Program Lead strategically develops and implements internal communication and learning & development programs to enhance employee experience and drive company goals. This role also supports People Operations through operational tasks, employee/manager assistance, and business partnering activities, with a focus on leveraging AI to optimize employee engagement and learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Learning & Development:
    • Collaborate with departments to identify training and development needs, utilizing AI to analyze skill gaps and suggest relevant, personalized learning pathways.
    • Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning experiences, integrating AI for adaptive learning, interactive content, and knowledge assessment.
    • Oversee learning management systems (LMS), leveraging AI for data analysis, reporting, and program recommendations.
    • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development, utilizing AI to recommend resources and opportunities aligned with individual goals and company objectives.
    • Facilitate New Hire Orientation and other training sessions.
  • Internal Communications:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy, utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance reach, engagement, and personalization.
    • Lead the creation and distribution of compelling content across various channels, incorporating AI for content generation, optimization, and sentiment analysis.
    • Manage and evolve internal communication channels and platforms, integrating AI-driven analytics to track and measure effectiveness.
    • Strategically plan and execute internal events and activities, harnessing AI to streamline logistics, gather feedback, and personalize experiences.
  • Employee & Manager Support:
  • Respond to and assist employees and managers with day-to-day administrative tasks and inquiries related to HR and learning programs.
  • Help bridge operational needs with strategic People Experience initiatives.
  • Support People Experience Partners by coordinating program logistics, templates, and reports that help scale strategic people initiatives across departments
  • Entry-Level Business Partnering & Operations:
  • Run and analyze reports related to learning and engagement metrics.
  • Assist with the coordination of various People Experience programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute to entry-level business partnering activities by providing data and insights to support team needs.
  • Contribute to People Experience Partner initiatives by providing data, process support, and operational insights.
  • AI Integration and Innovation:
  • Stay at the forefront of AI technologies and trends relevant to internal communications and learning & development.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and personalization of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement and optimize AI-driven tools and platforms.
  • Workplace Engagement & Company Events:
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, driving employee engagement and morale.
  • Plan, organize, and execute company-wide events (e.g., town halls, team-building activities, celebrations), leveraging AI tools for logistics and participant experience optimization.
  • Manage employee recognition programs and initiatives to celebrate achievements and reinforce company values.
  • Gather and analyze feedback on engagement initiatives to continuously improve programs and activities.
  • Collaborate with workplace management teams to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
  • Assist with the communication and implementation of workplace policies and procedures.
  • Support initiatives related to employee well-being and office culture.
  • Cross-Functional People Support
  • Collaborate with People Experience Partners and other People team members to streamline delivery of performance review cycles, engagement initiatives, and learning rollouts.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure alignment on communication and learning initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's employer brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in learning & development, internal communications, or a related HR function, with demonstrated success in leveraging technology to enhance employee engagement.
  • Experience providing administrative support and responding to employee/manager inquiries.
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing AI-driven tools and platforms in a professional setting (preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in various communication and learning technologies.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Passion for fostering a positive and engaged workplace culture.
  • Strong skills in running and interpreting data reports.
