Brief Summary of Role
At Copado, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional employee experience at every stage of the employee journey. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to enhance our HR operations, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality support.
This role requires a trusted professional with a background in HR operations who understands the entire employee lifecycle. You should be comfortable managing both daily processes and annual cycles. We are looking for someone with expertise from organizations that operate globally and a service-oriented mindset, who can thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and maintain accurate employee data within our HR processes and tools
- Partner with People Business Partners to manage employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, compensation updates, and organizational changes
- Provide payroll administration support, including data collection, validation, and coordination with Finance and Total Rewards
- Serve as a resource for employee inquiries and resolve issues with accuracy and care
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and data integrity
Document and refine People Operations processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and compliance - Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, IT, and Legal to align on data and workflow needs
- Support compliance initiatives, benefits administration, and policy documentation for the entire employee population
- Support and help execute strategic People Team projects focused on improving the employee experience, enabling scale, and driving operational excellence
We Ae Looking for Someone With
- 5–8 years of experience in HR operations with strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and annual HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, compensation changes, promotions, and organizational updates)
- Experience maintaining and auditing accurate employee data within an HRIS, ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Background in organizations with a global footprint, with proven ability to deliver high-quality, service-oriented employee support
- Demonstrated knowledge of payroll administration support, including data collection, validation, and coordination with Finance and Total Rewards
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and best practices across HR operations, including benefits, policies, and documentation
- Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership decision-making
- Proven ability to document, refine, and scale HR processes for greater efficiency and compliance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams such as Finance, IT, Legal, and People Business Partners
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with adaptability, ownership, and a people-first mindset
