About The Team

CoverMyMeds’ Product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support the definition and delivery of a new strategic product in healthcare. Of note, our Product team is a dynamic group of professionals focused on collaboration, efficiency, and impact. Together with our various business units, the work our Product does ultimately helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives.

What You'll Do

  • As a Senior Product Manager your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here’s a snapshot of what to expect:

  • Proactively engages with cross functional teams across the business teams to identify value proposition, drive alignment and understanding of product evolution, and owns delivery of product feature sets.

  • Collaborates with multiple Product Managers, the business, and development teams to execute on delivering Product features ensuring value, quality and alignment across stakeholders.

  • Connect product strategies with desired goals and analyze performance. Track and analyze key product metrics to drive adoption, market value, and financial success

  • Engage and influence stakeholders to foster diverse perspectives and effective communication; align on strategies and execute them collaboratively

  • In collaboration with cross-functional teams, makes recommendations to assess product needs and implements solutions (driving for significant impact) within area of responsibility. Uses design thinking methodology to solve problems and iterate based on research.

  • Uses influence to move teams through buy-in of product direction, recommendations, and business need; encourages engagement and creativity across the team, understanding when to take action, engage and adjust

  • Drives product strategies from ideation to delivery, owning process from business and solution design through testing and market release.

Skills You’ll Need

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

  • Product Management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)

  • Product and project management platform experience (e.g., Confluence, Jira)

  • Healthcare experience, preferably Biopharma and/or Payer expertise.

  • Software Development Lifecycle (e.g., Agile, waterfall, etc.)

  • Strong Communication

  • Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Skills

  • EHR experience, Epic experience and/or knowledge highly preferred.

  • AI or Automation experience a plus

  • Experience delivering a product or product features in a greenfield space

  • Strategy alignment & Execution: Building cooperative strategic alignment, effective decision making, and joint commitment to achieving our strategies.

  • Adaptability to adjust plans as needed to meet evolving business priorities and market demands

  • Stakeholder engagement: Involve engage, and influence stakeholders from diverse teams and disciplines to foster alternative perspectives and explore unconventional solutions that results in an effective debate, decide, commit communication.

  • Derive value from insights: Identify and prioritize the most valuable and actionable insights, data and feedback from stakeholders.

  • Prioritization: Debate, Decide, and Commit to determine the sequence and importance of tasks, features, or initiatives based on their relative value, impact, and urgency.

  • Design thinking methodology: A human-centered problem-solving approach that involves empathizing with users, defining their needs, ideating creative solutions, prototyping and testing, and iterating based on research.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$115,500 - $192,500
