CoverMyMeds’ Shared Capabilities and Partnerships team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our Enabling Capabilities team and be the primary Product Management contact responsible for a single analytics and platform roadmap. This is a great opportunity to work on highly strategic and quickly evolving capabilities that drive CMM’s future growth. What You'll Do

As a Sr. Product Manager your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here’s a snapshot of what to expect:

  • Drives and implements product direction based on synthesis of industry and market research performed
  • Carries out varying P&L responsibilities including providing guardrails on pricing, deal support, and managing financials
  • Proactively engages with Commercial and Operations teams to identify value proposition, drive alignment and understanding of product evolution, and properly position products in the marketplace
  • In collaboration with cross-functional teams, makes recommendations to assess product needs and implements solutions (driving for significant impact) within area of responsibility of increased complexity, scale, and scope (e.g., across multiple tech stacks, stakeholders, networks)
  • Uses influence to move teams through buy-in of product direction, recommendations, and business need; encourages engagement and creativity across the team, understanding when to take action, engage and adjust
  • Drives customer co-innovation opportunities to implement MVP product recommendations
  • Provides recommendations to de-conflict work when there are conflicting Product Management initiatives across the organization or segment, accountable for prioritization, and leads to resolution
  • Ensures features and product direction are legal and compliant, collaborates with the legal/compliance teams to triage issues that may occur, and makes recommendations to leadership

Required Skills

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in product management or technology product development
  • Experience working on and delivering analytics platforms including familiarity with data acquisition and storage, integration, and master data
  • Experience with shared technology platforms and services such as APIs, master data, visualization
  • Experience developing product requirements to ensure delivery of highly valued features
  • Ability to use data strategically to provide insights that help drive our product roadmaps and operational success
  • Experience developing and prioritizing product roadmaps, synthesizing various needs across new strategic features and growth, technology improvements, and sustaining development
  • Self-starter that can work through issues collaboratively with other teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to gain trust

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in our relevant product spaces including medication access, affordability, pharmacy and provider networks, and specialty pharmacy is valued

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$115,500 - $192,500
