Key Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools

•Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources

•Automate data workflows to streamline reporting and reduce manual processes

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions

•Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for stakeholders at all levels

•Manage and execute BI projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines

•Write and optimize SQL queries, and build ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources

•Partner with data engineers and developers to ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems and reports

•Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, streamline reporting processes, and implement best practices in BI and analytics

•Overall Project management

•Manage and partner on Enterprise initiatives specific to business

•FDE cost center management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

•5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar role

•Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation

•Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development

•Solid understanding of ETL processes and data automation techniques

•Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP, NetSuite, and Snowflake

•Proven experience working within or closely with Finance teams, with an understanding of financial concepts and reporting

•Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

•Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data quality management

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation

•Certification in Power BI, SQL, or related technologies is a plus
