About The Team

At CoverMyMeds, our Product team is shaping the future of healthcare technology. We’re seeking a Program Manager to facilitate the execution of projects across our product. We are a cross-functional team designing and launching a next-generation platform that transforms how patients access medications—across both retail and specialty channels.

What You'll Do

As a Program Manager your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here’s a snapshot of what to expect:

  • Owns the end-to-end planning and execution of product platform initiatives. Lead cross-functional efforts to align product, engineering, operations, and commercialization teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of the strategic initiative.
  • Facilitate collaboration across product, engineering, UX, commercialization, and operations teams to manage dependencies and unblock delivery.
  • Coordinates cross functionality to align work, manage risks and dependencies, and prioritize work as needed.
  • Manages stakeholder engagement through meetings, published updates, roadmaps, and serves as a point of contact for the project holistically
  • Contributes to the evolution of the team’s ways of working leading process improvement efforts
  • Acts as a key contributor in a more complex/critical environment.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, track progress, and ensure alignment with broader organizational priorities
  • Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity.
  • Anticipates change and directs or redirects efforts.
  • Work is accomplished without considerable direction.
  • Interacts frequently with senior leaders. Represents the work in executive level conversations. Creates executive level communications to represent project work.
  • Ensure that the project plan supports the product roadmap and strategic objectives.
  • Documents project progress, decisions, and actions. Manages risks and dependencies across the project as needed.
  • Evaluates project and product performance against objectives and metrics.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Skills You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical or Healthcare Related field.
  • PMP Certification a plus
  • 7 + years project management experience, preferable in healthcare
  • Project management experience delivering technology products/services, building systems solutions and/or deployment of business requirements to information systems
  • Clear understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience using project and product management tools including Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, Co-pilot, Miro, and Visio.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$102,100 - $170,100
