Hiring: IT Asset Management Business Systems Analyst (BSA – Master) | Hybrid (DMV Area)

We have an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced IT Asset Management Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in hardware lifecycle management and IT operations.

Location: Hybrid – Washington, DC (DMV Area) D – District of Columbia, M – Maryland & V – Virginia

Start Date: March 16, 2026

What we’re looking for:

12+ years of experience in IT Asset Management / Hardware Lifecycle Management / IT Operations

Strong experience with ITSM / ITAM / CMDB platforms (ServiceNow, Ivanti, Flexera, Lansweeper)

Proven ability to translate business needs into technical and process requirements

Experience managing hardware deployments, break/fix processes, vendor coordination, and asset lifecycle

Strong reporting, analytics, and documentation skills

Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, PMP, CISSP, or CITAM are highly Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware deployment strategy and lifecycle management

• Break/fix coordination and vendor management

• Secure asset recovery and offboarding processes

• Loaner device program management

• ITAM/CMDB reporting, compliance, and governance
