We’re Hiring: Senior UI/UX Designer (Hybrid – Columbus, OH)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with strong front-end expertise to join a dynamic Agile team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs and driving product strategy.

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – Onsite required)

Duration: Long-term contract

Preference will be given to local candidates or those who can reliably commute to the onsite location

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and engineering teams to define UI/UX requirements

Design wireframes, prototypes, and user-friendly interfaces for complex applications

Conduct user research, testing, and iterative design improvements

Build and maintain scalable Design Systems

Ensure seamless handoff of UI designs to development teams

Work closely with developers to integrate front-end components

Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning

Lead design discussions and contribute to product strategy

Required Skills & Experience:

10–15 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development

Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma

Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks (Bootstrap / Fluent UI)

Experience working with ASP.NET Core MVC and C#

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and site architecture

Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

UI/UX Certification

Experience building conversational workflows and user journey maps

Exposure to secure UI design practices
