Our Dash Platform services a variety of customers across the United States and Canada, from NHL facilities to private indoor ice, turf and court sports facilities, to municipal parks and recreation departments and public-school districts. Our SaaS application helps these businesses and government organizations manage their operations relative to point of sale; facility bookings; memberships; registrations for leagues, classes, camps and other programming to help promote health and enrich lives.

As we grow, we are looking for a results-driven, motivated go-getter, to help drive business for our Recreation sales team as an Account Executive. This position is responsible for finding and qualifying prospects, identifying the best opportunities, and then articulating how our solution is the best fit for the client.

The position works in a vastly engaging, fun and fast paced sales environment alongside our product development, marketing, onboarding and support teams, continually building an extensive product knowledge that will underpin the sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert on our product and how it employs industry best practices.
  • Generate new opportunities through lead scraping and various outbound efforts: phone, e-mail, texting and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Qualify prospects quickly to assess the business opportunity.
  • Build a rapport with and guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Remain dedicated to good deal management and efficiently follow up with prospects to drive the close.
  • Achieve all planned monthly sales objectives, metrics, and quotas by proactively finding new prospects to contact.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other internal departments to provide the best customer experience.
  • Update and manage leads, accounts and opportunities within our CRM.
  • Limited travel may be required.

Experience

  • 4+ years of consultative sales experience with a SaaS software provider or industry experience.
  • Prior experience utilizing the Dash software, preferred.
  • Proven experience effectively presenting SaaS solutions to Director level management and subject matter experts while articulating the benefits of implementation.
  • Experience effectively generating new opportunities through outbound efforts.
  • Experience selling in the private sports facility or municipal parks and recreation space preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills that drive engagement and are persuasive.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills to efficiently close deals.
  • Experience working remotely and independently while being self-motivated.
  • Coachable with a willingness to improve.
  • Experience with the following technologies is preferred: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Microsoft Office365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor degree preferred.

Salary

The base salary for this role is $70,000 with a variable pay plan worth an additional $90,000 (equating to on-target earnings of $160,000 per year). Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.
