DaySmart’s Marketing Shared Services team is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Specialist to own and execute the event strategy across three business units Pet, Beauty, and Appointments. This role is perfect for a highly organized, creative, and results-driven marketer who thrives on delivering impactful in-person events that drive pipeline and elevate our brand presence.
As the Senior Event Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Lead end-to-end event strategy and execution from event calendar planning to onsite management for tradeshows
- Own event logistics and operations, including budgets, vendor management, venue sourcing, booth design, shipping, and supporting marketing collateral.
- Develop communication strategies to promote events, boost attendance, and maximize engagement across channels.
- Collaborate with Business Unit Marketing Directors and Sales to align event strategies with business goals, focusing on ROI and lead generation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints and marketing communications.
- Measure and report performance, creating post-event reports with KPIs tied to ROI, pipeline influence, and customer engagement.
- Drive innovation by staying up to date with event marketing trends, particularly in the tech and AI space, and bringing forward fresh ideas to enhance our strategy.
- Support virtual event delivery, including webinars and online conferences, ensuring high-quality experiences for attendees.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on event marketing experience (SaaS, technology, or related industries preferred). CMP or PMP a bonus.
- Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Tools: Comfort with event logistics platforms and project management tools (experience with Skyline preferred, Jira a bonus)
- Mindset: Results-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 30% for events.
Salary
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $80,00 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.

How You Will Work
This will be a US based position. We offer flexible work arrangements including fully remote, in person or hybrid opportunities. For those looking to work in person, we have physical offices in the following cities:
- Ann Arbor, MI
- Scottsdale, AZ
- Wayne, PA
- Austin, TX
Many DaySmart employees primarily work from home, and our teams are structured to operate efficiently in a distributed environment. While we don’t always share a physical office, we work together closely through remote collaboration practices.
