Opportunity Summary

The Technical Architect (TA) position is responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. You could be deploying DryvIQ solutions as a lead or as part of a team, depending on the scope of the project. You must be able to lead clients through the project lifecycle, architecting and implementing their solution with confidence and precision. You must project confidence in your solutions and be able to handle challenging situations on the fly.

The TA is the client-facing representative of DryvIQ. Your primary goal is customer satisfaction and professionalism is mandatory of any TA. Key areas of experience include knowledge of Content Management (ECM, OCR, Cloud Content Management) platforms preferred, Linux, Kubernetes, unstructured data management, and knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies desired.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Technical Architect is the liaison between the customer and DryvIQ. You will need to be able to effectively communicate with people who have varying levels of expertise, from non-technical personnel to senior engineers and senior leadership.

The Technical Architect will have the following responsibilities:

  • Implement solutions for large enterprise clients, including Design, Planning, Installation, Configuration, Remediation, and Validation
  • Create documentation to supplement core product documentation
  • Troubleshoot and test features and fixes for your clients
  • Ensure projects are deployed smoothly with confidence and delivered on time
  • Establish trusted technical advisor relationships with clients
  • Consistently receive positive customer feedback
  • Contribute to the development of standardized processes and best practices
  • Review project estimates and statements of work
  • Own the delivery of the statement of work to ensure key success criteria is met
  • Create architectural diagrams
  • Notify sales of opportunities for DryvIQ product expansion
  • Interface with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure the success of our clients

Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent hands-on technical experience)
  • 7+ years of proven success in Professional Services or Enterprise Data Management, demonstrating measurable impact across multiple complex customer engagements
  • Led complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives with extensive dependencies and technical challenges, delivering measurable business outcomes and customer success
  • Digital Transformation, OCR Conversation, Content Migration OR Data Migration Experience highly desired
  • Experience in the usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Understanding of line of business systems and back-end systems integration
  • Expert-level presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both executive and technical stakeholders confidently
  • The ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Strong partner and customer relationship management skills with a history of co-developing and delivering joint technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects under pressure, with a high degree of professionalism, adaptability, and ownership.
  • Advanced project management and problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow-through with clients
  • Knowledge of document repositories such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Box, Dropbox for Business, GSuite
  • Knowledge and understanding of cloud-based platforms, Azure and AWS
  • Must demonstrate scripting and automation skillset: PowerShell or equivalent programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Data platforms: Advanced SQL skills using SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
  • Containerization and orchestration: Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Linux-based environments.
