Cisco's GSP organization integrates Solution Sales, Services Sales, Service Delivery, and SP Engineering to support over 90 leading service providers. This team is at the forefront of emerging technologies like SDN, Cloud, and IoT. The focus is on pre-sales technical roles that blend technical expertise with sales experience to support major service providers and develop Cisco's strategic vision

Your Impact

You will play a pivotal role in defining and developing AI- and Security-driven use cases that accelerate product innovation, enhance software capabilities, and enable strategic business growth. This role operates at the intersection of technology, strategy, and sales—bridging advanced technical capabilities with real customer needs to deliver differentiated, market-ready solutions.
1.Use Case Definition

• Identify, evaluate, and define AI and cybersecurity use cases aligned with business objectives and customer pain points.

• Collaborate with R&D, software, and product teams to convert concepts into actionable solution roadmaps.

2. Software Enhancement & Integration

• Recommend enhancements to existing software platforms to support new AI and security functionalities.

• Ensure seamless integration of AI models and security features into enterprise systems and customer environments.

3. Customer & Market Engagement

• Partner with sales teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and solution narratives.

• Engage directly with customers to gather requirements, demonstrate prototypes, and co-create tailored AI and security use cases.

4. Thought Leadership

• Stay updated on AI advancements, cybersecurity threats, compliance standards, and competitive market developments.

• Deliver internal training, presentations, and strategic insights to strengthen product positioning and go-to-market effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) and hold Cisco certifications such as CCNA.

• Strong background in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity concepts with practical understanding of enterprise applications.

• Experience in defining and scoping business/technical use cases rather than pure coding.

• Knowledge of software lifecycle and enhancement processes (ability to recommend improvements, not necessarily implement them).

• Ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, turning requirements into strategic opportunities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and sales support skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) and hold Cisco certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE) or a related field.

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.

• Understanding of Cisco technologies and solutions.
