Your Impact

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met with precision and excellence. You will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand our footprint through our comprehensive suite of products and services. Your role is vital in maintaining strong, trust-based relationships that solidify Cisco’s position as a preferred technology partner.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer value and retention.
  • Drive sales of Cisco’s networking and technology solutions to assigned existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market and industry trends to provide actionable insights for account growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency in identifying and addressing customer pain points through technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Cisco product portfolios or similar networking and software technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Workday.
  • Established industry network within the relevant regional market.
  • Experience in a direct/end-user sales channel environment.
