Meet the Team
Join the Multicloud Network team at Cisco, where we are building a new product from the ground up. We are a small, nimble team that moves fast, takes ownership, and ships with purpose. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to bring the product to market. If you thrive in a startup-like environment -- where your contributions have outsized impact and you wear many hats -- this is the team for you.
Your Impact
In this role, you will be the technical voice of the product to customers, partners, and the field. You will:
Own the technical narrative, shaping how customers and the market understand our value.
Build and deliver hands-on demos and proof-of-concept environments that bring the product to life for customers and partners.
Lead customer engagements, executive briefings, and technical presentations that articulate the solution and it's differentiation.
Create field- and customer-facing technical collateral -- solution briefs, white papers, deployment guides, and competitive positioning documents -- to arm Sales and partners for success.
Influence the product roadmap by translating customer feedback, competitive analysis, and industry trends into actionable input for Product Management and Engineering.
Develop training materials and enablement content to scale product knowledge across Sales, Systems Engineering, and partner communities.
Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, iterative cadence -- directly with engineers and PMs -- to refine the product, validate use cases, and drive launches.
