Your role at Dynatrace
The Dynatrace Partner business is evolving and growing, and with that, we are hiring an experienced, marketer to lead Strategic Alliance Marketing. This is a team leader position, reporting to the VP Global Partner Marketing. Within the Partner ecosystem Dynatrace has alliances at different stages of maturity in incubation, build and scale phases. The Senior Director, Strategic Alliance Demand and Activation will work closely with Partner sales leadership. In this position you will be responsible for marketing To, Though and With strategic alliance Partners, predominantly GSIs. There will be a strong focus on activation, awareness, and demand programs. This is a new position, and you will have the opportunity to build an integrated strategy and plan, enabling Dynatrace to further develop and accelerate these key partnerships. Measurement standardization and defining consistent, repeatable approaches will be key for success. This is a player, coach position and the successful candidate will own strategic partner relationships, as well as managing a team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic partner marketing programs that align with the company's overall go-tomarket strategy.
Define strategic approach to market to, with and through GSIs
Build a scalable execution model that delivers the partners campaigns, resources, programs, and guidance on execution to drive net new pipeline and revenue for Dynatrace
Build and manage relationships with key partners, including Global Systems Integrators
Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and sales opportunities
Develop and execute marketing programs that position Dynatrace as an integral part of key partners’ solutions and/or go-to-market strategy
Leverage strategic alliance partner brands to elevate the Dynatrace brand
Create and deliver partner-facing marketing materials and assets
Set global goals; track and measure the performance of partner marketing programs and initiatives
Work closely with the global and regional marketing teams to amplify partner presence in campaigns, programs and events
Work closely with the sales and partner teams to align partner marketing activities with sales goals and objectives
Manage the partner marketing budget to align to strategic priorities, drive results and maximize ROI
What will help you succeed
Qualifications Minimum Requirements
Ideally 7 -10+ years of experience in partner marketing at enterprise technology companies
Ideally 7 + years of experience with co-marketing campaigns, webinars, trade shows, and field marketing events Preferred Requirements
Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs
Strong understanding of partner sales cycles and go-tomarket strategies
Ability to build and manage relationships with key partners
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in managing a team of marketers with various levels of expertise and experience
Ability to attract, develop and retain a high performing global team
Travel may be required in this role (up to 10%)
This can be a remote position
