Lead Change Management & Communication Advisor (Remote, United States)

We’re looking to hire a full-time Senior Change Management Advisor to help drive change activities in our transformation of the People & Culture Function. This position will focus on the people side of change for transformation initiatives that impact business processes, policies, job roles, and organization structures. The Snr Change Management Advisor will assess, develop and implement change engagement plans, provide guidance to leaders on “leading through change” and assist in the development of change artifacts.

Your role at Dynatrace

Change Management:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive change activation / communication plans for large scale, complex and/or high-profile projects, engaging stakeholders at all levels.

  • Applies change methodologies and tailors them to specific projects and initiatives. Draws on research, best practices and experiences and incorporates them into current and future solutions.

  • Assess and validate the scope and impact of changes associated with various initiatives.

  • Act as a change liaison, supporting stakeholders and coaching them through required changes.

  • Work cross functionally to coordinate change efforts with Key stakeholders (e.g., leaders, global process owners, project managers

Communications & Enablement:

  • Write, edit, and review internal communication documents, ensuring clarity and consistency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align internal communication efforts with external messaging.

  • Stay informed about company developments and trends, translating them into relevant communications.

  • Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies and vehicles.

  • Collaborate with L&D to develop enablement (learning) programs for leaders, employees and general awareness for change management.

Project Management:

  • Assist in project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

  • Coordinate project-related communications, ensuring alignment with overall messaging.

  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.

This is a stand alone position that will require the candidate to work EST hours.

What will help you succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Education, Business Administration, Human Relations, or equivalent education or experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering change management or project management strategy in a matrix organization or via consulting

  • High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies

  • Open-minded, creative individual with a high level of energy and enthusiasm, particularly in global technology trends and developments

  • Change Management Knowledge: high degree of experience with change management principles and methodologies.

  • Exemplary planning and time management skills

  • Experience working in highly complex global environments; with rapidly changing priorities, confronting challenges directly and influencing stakeholders

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to think outside the box and be a problem-solver

  • High degree of personal and professional integrity and the ability to work with confidential information

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Adapt and absorb information, context, style, attitude, cadence, and subtext

  • Global experience preferred as well as experienced working with virtual teams

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong customer service orientation

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

DOE, salary $110K - $136K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
