Dynatrace is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Change Management to join our Transformation Office. This new and pivotal role will be responsible for establishing frameworks and ensuring their adoption globally, and leading and managing change initiatives across the organization to deliver successful implementation of strategic projects and transformations. The Senior Manager of Change Management will work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to drive change readiness, minimize resistance, and maximize employee engagement and adoption.
Your role at Dynatrace
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
Lead change management activities including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Design and deliver training programs and communication plans to support change initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and adjust as needed.
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers to support them in their role as change champions.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and ensure successful change adoption.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Waltham, MA/Boston, MA/Detroit, MI/Denver, CO/Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid out of our offices.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of experience in change management.
Minimum of 7+ years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Requirements:
Master’s degree is preferred.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the technology or software industry is highly desirable.

DOE, salary $150K - $180K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
