Renewal Desk Data Analyst (Hybrid, Michigan)
Your role at Dynatrace
A Renewal Desk Data Analyst works with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Renewal Specialists, Order Management, and Account Executives by retrieving, organizing, and analyzing renewal data then crafting into reality a system derived proposal with the details requested. This is accomplished by working in our Saleforce.com environment and Excel tools.
Responsibilties include:
•Analyze and review renewal opportunities and account history, gather product
details, quantity, purchase price, contract renewal price, partner
details/calculations, and contract document review
•Work in a team environment to ensure the completion of assigned task(s) within
specified deadlines for an assigned region and in support of a specified
Geography(s)
•Test enhancements to salesforce system in conjunction with Business Systems
•Organize meetings with internal resources to discuss findings
•Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
•Proven ability to assess, manage and operate effectively given multiple priorities
in a mission-critical environment.
•Self-starter, highly motivated, and committed to getting results
•Excellent mathematical skills with emphasis in accounting or financial math
•Strong organizational skills, including detailed record-keeping, excellent and
independent follow-through, and a high degree of accuracy
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Proven track record of flexibility in a team setting
•Word processing, advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience in Microsoft Office
•Ability to think outside the box and produce creative solutions if needed,
leveraging first principals
•Ability to understand and breakdown given answers to produce correct results
and expand your problem-solving capabilities
•Quick learner of new concepts and ability to effectively learn new software as
needed

Minimum Requirements:
1+ years professional experience
Basic Excel proficiency
Microsoft Office experience
Preferred Requirements:
Intermediate/advanced excel proficiency
Salesforce experience
College diploma/university degree with emphasis on mathematics (Math, Economics, Accounting, etc)
