Director, Dynatrace ONE Automation Product Management

Your role at Dynatrace

As the product owner, the Customer Success AI Agent Product Manager will be the primary point of contact to drive Customer Success’s understanding, prioritization, and implementation of AI agents. You will partner with the Product and IT teams, to deliver the roadmap of features that drive AI and automation adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • You own core roadmap for driving AI adoption and automation initiatives for Customer Success

  • Support and accompany the product and IT development teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle to drive the best user experience

  • Act as a gatekeeper for your team, serving as the interface between them and other stakeholders, including Product Owners, Product Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects.

  • Manage and prioritize the team backlog in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring the content and conceptual integrity of the backlog.

  • Create meaningful user stories that are well-formed, aligned with product strategy, and clarify story details.

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years managing SaaS platform development.

  • Proven experience in developing strategies that drive SaaS adoption

Preferred Requirements:

  • Advanced or expert knowledge of AI, Salesforce Agentforce, and automation

  • Experience within a SaaS/Software company.

  • Experience with AI orchestration frameworks or prompt engineering
