The Team:

The OEMS Product Support Organization provides client-facing support to assist clients with the Enfusion OEMS module for their daily trading operations. The OEMS Product Support Organization consists of three verticals – Product Specialists, FIX Operations, and Trade Compliance.

The Role:

The Electronic Trading (OEMS) Product Specialist acts as a liaison between our client-facing teams and internal development and product teams for our top tier clients. The purpose of this role is to apply experience as a trader to consult our clients on the best solutions for their electronic trading support workflows using Enfusion’s OEMS (Order and Execution Management System). This will require familiarity with trading multiple asset classes using a trading software and how to diagnose, judge the criticality, and establish the scope of the issue in real time.

What You’ll Do:

Deploy and provide premium OEMS support to our top-tier clients including trader workflows, FIX connectivity, allocations and order sizing, pre-trade compliance and more for industry leading investment management platform
Work closely with the technology and OEMS product teams to prioritize projects for your client coverage and coordinate with Account Management and Project Manager on project timelines
Investigate issues and escalate to the OEMS development team as needed
Learn how your industry experience translates to the Enfusion platform by completing our internal OEMS certification programs
Promote knowledge sharing across the team by collaborating and sharing trading expertise with our OEMS Product Support team members
Assess patterns in support tickets, requests, and alerts helping increase efficiencies of training and support

What You’ll Need:

Bachelors Degree - Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field preferred
6+ years of related experience (3+ Years as a Fund Trader preferred)
Experience trading multiple asset classes using trading and technology systems
Good communication, both verbal and written

The salary for this position is $125,000 - $140,000 + bonus + benefits (described below).
