About the Role:

As a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Marketing Associate/Sr. Associate, you will manage the online presence and efficiency of landing pages for Enova's small business brands. This role is perfect for someone with a deep passion for SEO, a keen analytical mind, and a drive to significantly impact our small businesses' growth and success. You will lead key projects, including optimizing our websites for search engines, developing content strategies that resonate with our target audience, and implementing innovative SEO tactics to stay ahead of industry trends. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our brands' visibility, attracting and retaining customers, and fostering the overall mission of Enova's small business division.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies to achieve top rankings in major search engines.
  • Identify growth opportunities and execute strategies for business expansion, including successful link-building campaigns.
  • Manage keyword research, content strategy, site architecture, and website performance to ensure crawlability and indexation.
  • Create, test, and optimize landing pages, conducting A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
  • Plan, monitor, and adjust paid search campaigns to meet volume and profitability goals while staying updated with changes in search engine algorithms.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, website management, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SEO practices, including knowledge of HTML/CSS, tagging systems, and basic web development.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading initiatives and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, along with a commitment to continuous learning and a proactive, versatile approach to solving marketing challenges.
