Envestnet is seeking a Revenue Enablement Lead – Sales Training to join our Product department. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at our Berwyn, PA office location.

Job Summary:

The Revenue Enablement Lead – Sales Training plays a key role in ensuring the sales organization is fully equipped to execute go-to-market strategies effectively. This role focuses on maintaining, deploying, and continuously improving sales playbooks, onboarding materials, and training programs that enable sales teams to perform at their best. Working within Revenue Enablement, this position partners closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to align training with current campaigns, product initiatives, and organizational priorities.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Sales teams have clear, up-to-date playbooks and consistent messaging across campaigns.
  • New hires ramp quickly and effectively through structured onboarding and training.
  • Continuous improvements in sales performance through effective enablement programs and content management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Training & Development
    • Coordinate and manage the delivery of sales training programs, including onboarding, product updates, and skill development sessions.
    • Maintain the sales training calendar and ensure consistent communication of training opportunities to the field.
    • Support live and virtual training sessions, including logistics, scheduling, and session follow-up.
  • Playbook Management & Deployment
    • Maintain and update sales playbooks to reflect current messaging, positioning, and strategy.
    • Partner with Marketing and Sales leaders to ensure playbooks and supporting materials are aligned with current campaigns and offerings.
    • Ensure playbooks are easy to access and navigate within the company’s enablement & content management platforms.
  • Content Governance & Communication
    • Manage version control and content quality across all training and playbook materials.
    • Work with cross-functional partners to collect feedback from sales teams and improve content relevance and usability.
    • Create or assist in developing supplemental enablement materials such as quick reference guides, job aids, and talk tracks.
  • Performance & Continuous Improvement
    • Track participation, completion, and effectiveness of training initiatives.
    • Gather feedback from participants and sales leaders to continuously improve programs.
    • Provide insights to Revenue Enablement leadership on adoption and performance trends.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or Sales Operations.
  • Experience with enablement platforms.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for content management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
  • Strong communication and writing skills; high attention to detail; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; collaborative, proactive mindset.
